I do have a sense of and commitment you don't necessarily have to agree with whatever political agendas at the time -- I've gotten  a lot of experience, met a lot of friends, and seen a lot of places, learned a lot about myself. it has built a large part of whom i am in my life. a lot of people call me "the marine" -- I never asked for it ... a lot of people see the tattoo and give me the thumbs up, and it's immediate respect and curiosity -- it's been a guiding light in my life -- I hold myself in a hire standard and I know that some people listen to what I say and do based on the fact that I'm a marine. It's helped me make good decisions and be a good example and role model.
