Timothy Bradly, who police said was likely a transient, was pronounced dead at about 6:30 a.m. Monday on the roof of the Croydon Apartments on 49th Street near Locust Street. He had suffered head trauma, police said, most likely from being kicked and stomped. His attackers eluded capture.
