William Hurt, age 25, was shot and killed at the Philly Diner after exchanging some words with other patrons. Jonathan Morales was charged in the slaying after police found the murder weapon on the front seat of his car shortly after the killing. A year later the diner was torn down to make way for a high rise dormitory.
