49th and Baltimore August 4, 2006
Michael Williams, 26, was shot in the chest sitting in his car in front of the Third World Lounge on the northwest corner of 49th and Baltimore at about 4:00 p.m. Sources said the victim was recently released from prison and had been seen talking with a group of men in the neighborhood before he was killed. Witnesses said that one of the men approached the car and opened fire.
